Bobby's Room - poker- at the bellagio?

can normal people just watch? is it a room within the bellagio poker room, or can you see the high limit games being played from the rail? (like you can at mandalay bay) id love to be able to see all the pros in person.

also, when do the big time players usually play? any particular day/time?
