How "Gourmet" is the Bellagio Buffet? What do they have on their weekday buffets???

What foods do they have... Can You name some?

just ate lunch there on Monday - everything was great!

the various salads, fish, Asian, desserts, all was yummy!

it's not worth spending the money ... their buffet is horrible!

I have been to the Bellagio Buffet on 2 different visits to Vegas. The first one was very good, the second wasn't as great. I remember them serving the following: Beef wellington, skirt steak, sushi station, salmon, different types of pizza, pasta, and many different desserts.
