Coming Late to Bellagio Buffet?

I am planning to go the the Bellagio Buffet this Saturday (memorial weekend). But I wont be able to get there until 9 pm, I know they open until 11 pm, but with long lines, will I even get to go in and eat?

Also, do they stop making food close to 11 pm?

The lines at the Bellagio get VERY long during "usual" dinner hours because it's so good. BUT, usually by 9 pm they are not so you shouldn't have any problem. I went there at 10 pm once and the food was still fresh. YUM.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to get in and eat, the lines to get into a buffet are usually not that long.

however, they do stop making food before they close, so you might stuck with cold food :/.
