What famous and/or artistic man-made fountains would you suggest travelling to see?

Some that come to my mind are:

Buckingham Fountain in Chicago

The Fountains of Bellagio in Las Vegas

The Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi or "Fountain of the Four Rivers" in Rome.

What other fountains are great must-see tourist sites?

When I was a kid, Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, was a special place. They had colored lights inside the fountains, and just after sunset, they would do a performance where the fountains "danced" in time with music. Awesome!

The gardens are beautiful, too.

P.S. I just checked: They're still there, in fact it looks like they have expanded! Links below.

The Magic Fountain of Montjuic in Barcelona beats all of these hands down. It is huge and they do spectacular shows involving water- acrobatics /light show/classical music. Check it out on utube. It has been going since 1929 and is a must see if you go to Barcelona or you are really into fountains.

villa d'este and the trevi fountain in rome, and the fountain of neptune at versailles.

on of my personal american favorites is the meeting of the waters in st louis, and kansas city has some nice ones.
