What is that classical duet song that they play at the Bellagio water show in Vegas?

It is a duet with a girl who sounds like Celine Dion. I don't think it is her though. The guy may be one of the 3 tenors. I don't know though. Please help me figure out who sings this song and the title.

You are thinking of the song "Con te Partiro" or also know as "Time To Say Goodbye". Recorded by Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman (Phantom of the Opera) in 1994, I believe it was commissioned by the owner of the Bellagio. He has also sung it as a solo and I believe there is a duet he has sung with Celine Dion, but not the one from the Bellagio.
