Bellagio is not an all suites hotel, but like most hotel properties, they do have them available for extra $ over and above the regular rooms. The Rio hotel is, but it's not on the strip. The Venetian has large rooms that have three steps down into a large sitting area from the bedroom area. The Hotel at Mandalay Bay rooms are suites.
my dad goes to vegas all the time so i asked him and he said no they are not all suites...but the RIO is all suites

The Signature at MGM Grand has large rooms that are not exactly suites, but they do have a small sitting area, mini kitchens and huge bathrooms.
NO they are not all suites. Rio has all suites but the Orleans and Gold Coast have mini suites that are reasonably prices (look up Boyd Gaming)
Bellagio has all types of rooms, but if you are looking for a hotel/ casino that is all suites it would be -- Rio, Venetian, Palazzo and the Signature @ MGM ( connected to MGM). Off the strip hotel only would be The Platinum and The Meridian. Some offer more than others like full kitchen and washer and dryer. The hotel/casinos would be large rooms with many amenities ( no kitchen/washer dryer). Depending on what you are looking for in a hotel, like location price and amenities.
