I have always found the 'Mapquest' site to be the best for driving directions.We used it from Bergamo to Lake Garda.You might have to try entering your instructions a couple of times but it usually comes up with the goods,though.Also prints a map.
To be honest I'd avoid Milano Nord if you can - apart from being a long way round the tangenziale north of Milano is usually blocked with traffic.
I'd try the Strada Statale heading north from the airport via Ponte san Pietro, Cisano Bergamasco and Lecco to get to Bellagio. It's only about 60km and whilst slow roads shouldn't be much traffic.
