In 1993, it cost 1.6 US$ to have it build, so I guess it would be worth now about double the amount, since they already renovated it.
It was built for around 2 billion so worth considerably more
It's worth about half what Ceasar's palace is.

How much is the Bellagio worth?
It was over a billion at time of construction. I'm think maybe double that now. I am a real estate agent, do you want to make an offer? ;)
