What is more luxurious the Wynn or the Bellagio in Vegas?

Wynn is newer but both were developed by the same person.

You cannot go wrong with either.

Bellagio may have one slight edge, more central.

Closer to NYNY and Ceasars if you want to stroll.

The Wynn is the classiest place in town. More luxurious than Ballagio or Venetian. There's only one problem....Once you stay at the Wynn, you won't want to ever stay anywhere else. Enjoy your stay.

WYNN, for sure. It has bigger rooms and is newer.

I am going to go with the Wynn even though the Bellagio is luxurious as well. You really can not go wrong with either one. I would suggest looking at both their websites and seeing what they have to offer in order for you to make your decision.
