What makes Bellagio so special?

A lot of stuff people talk about with the Bellagio is stuff that's available to people who aren't hotel guests (the dancing waters, the art exhibits, the displays).

Why is spending the night at Bellagio worth the extra price?

I have been there several times in the past. I will be there this coming June. As mentioned before the service is 2nd to none.

I am not a higher roller however they make me feel like a million bucks while I am there.

Don't forget they have some of the finest restaurants in the world 2 of them are 5star. Shows, museums, and the chocolate all location in Jean Philippe Patisserie not to mention the fine chocolates to eat while you are there.

They have many other amenities to offer some the same as the other fine places to stay in Vegas and that leads me back to the service.

Even if I don't stay at the Bellagio I make it a point to have at least one meal there during my stay.

I just wish I could afford more trips there.

Go to www.bellagio.com and watch the 18 minute video presentation of what they to offer and you'll understand why its so nice.

And of course there is nothing like experiencing it for yourself.

Enjoy and good luck

Glenn

It is in the center of the strip and has a very unique design and water show

The rooms are beautiful. The service is 2nd to none. It is simply the finest hotel on the strip.

Honestly, I've been to Vegas over 30 times and have stayed at almost all the hotels (Venetian, MGM, Bellagio, etc.) and in my opinion the Bellagio is by FAR the best. When you come into the hotel, it's an experience in its own. My husband and I walked in and went towards the check in line. Before we even got there, a guest service rep welcomed us and led us to the next front desk rep. The front desk rep was extremely helpful, and once she heard it was our first time staying there, offered us an upgrade to a corner lakeview room for free. (Normally an extra $100 per night) Keep in mind, my husband and I were in shorts, t-shirts and flip flops. Not quite "Bellagio attire" but you couldn't tell the way they were treating us. We got up to our room and OH MY GOD. It was tastefully decorated, very simple. The bathroom alone was the size of a regular hotel room. The jacuzzi faced out to the strip and you could see one end of the Strip. There was also a stand-up shower and all the amenities you could ask for. (Toothbrush and paste, razors, etc.) Our room faced out to the Bellagio fountains. When the show starts, you can actually turn your TV on a certain channel and it plays the same music you hear outside to go along with the show. The Housekeeping staff was amazing, even bringing up extra towels and pillows at 3:00 am, within 5 minutes! When we checked out (BOO!) the front desk checked us out quickly, with no hassles, no extra room charges, no problems. They thanked us for staying with them and even asked if everything was ok with the stay. A lot of the hotels in Vegas don't ask that because most people will complain about one thing or another, just trying to get a free dinner or room. If you're considering staying there, I would reccomend going to their website http://www.bellagio.com and sign up for their email club. They will send you specials through your email. That's how my husband and I got to go...we only paid $119. Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is it was an experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, the room was gorgeous and I would go back in a second!

The reason my husband and I stayed there is the service and the location of the hotel. It's beauty has a lot to do with it as well. Some people prefer upscale places to stay out there and Bellagio happens to be one of them.

it is well thought out, the customer service is good, and things seem to be where they are suposed to be and work the way they are supposed to.

We've been to Vegas at least 50 times...I love the Bellagio - the watershow is wonderful, the casino is elegant and the shopping is something else...but...I wouldn't stay there because there are so many other places to stay that cost a ton less - the Gold Coast is great, for one. So...see what the Bellagio is all about and stay somewhere else....and how many hours are you in the hotel room anyway!

I wouldn't say that the ROOM is worth the price, but patronizing the Bellagio is worth the experience. It all depends on what you look for as far as accommodations are concerned. You can stay off the strip for a cheaper price and use the money you saved for Bellagio's restaurants and other things that cost more there. I recommend that when you drink, go across the street to O'Sheas, and when you get a great buzz going, then go to Bellagio and have your last couple of drinks for the night.

The Bellagio is higher price because its THE BEST IN TOWN!!! I wouldn't say their Coronas are better than Osheas, but the embiance is.

Well lets see could it be the Shops or the Restaurants or the Location or the Fountains maybe the Bars or the Class of people Hum why do the people make such a fuss?

the only reason, probably, is that it is "high class".
