Actually it varies by day and time of day:

Monday - Friday:

3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

show every 1/2 hour

8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

show every 15 minutes

Saturday & Sunday:

12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

show every 1/2 hour

Like SweetElf says, they run every half hour.

BUT... here's a very nice thing to do. Plan to have dinner at Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris Hotel & Casino. Ask for an outside table. This is directly across the street from the Bellagio with a spectacular view. A night dinner with good weather is awesome!

Just wanted to say that when the show repeats - the music and fountains change in a given day - so if you hang around - it's a different show the next time around. We enjoyed watching it from the Eiffel Tower Experience across the street at the Paris Las Vegas.
