Is it tacky to make reservations to just have cocktails and dessert at Olives restaraunt at the Bellagio-?

Las Vegas

No because reservations are not based on what you order of how much you spend. We have done it many times in order to relax with some cocktails and appetizers. Be sure to tip the wait staff properly!

N0-not at all! Vegas is such a different city-even if you ordered cocktails & dessert at 10 am...you could be arriving from a complete different time zone & be craving that! But seriously, even at 10 pm-ANYTHING goes in Vegas!

no - if you dont make reservs ya aint getting in :)

No, because you have to get reservations to get in & what they don't know won't hurt them. just leave the waiter a good tip!!

i personally dont think so but it depends on your guest or your own opinion. As long a u clarify its not dinner but desert and cocktails i see no problem.

I say go for it! And have a cosmo while you're there for me ... it's the best I've ever had anywhere. Have fun and make sure when you make your reservation you say that you want to sit on the patio so you can watch the fountains ...

Yes, it is a bit tacky. But maybe understandable if you are operating under a stringent time limit, scarcity of money, credit restrictions, or other financial strain.

The Bellagio offers a delightful menu of exceptional fare in a collection of more then one restaurant. Reservations are suggested for all of them. Then there are various bars and lounges where there are exotic medley of Martinis, infused vodkas, sake, and specialty drinks. These Bellagio bars and lounges offer sweet spots of upbeat music, desserts and a place where you can dance and enjoy live entertainment or relax with a refreshing cocktail and light fare.

And there are many "Quick Eats outlets at the Bellagio. " Where you can enjoy the same pleasures and premium service but at a light fare. They have soup and sandwich favorites. The menu is sure to accommodate your desire of desserts also. I would suggest this option.
